Ever since he could remember, Mr. Valencia has had a passion for business and always had an interest in the innovation of entrepreneurship. Being an entrepreneur himself, Mr. Valencia understands the struggle and dedication it takes to start and grow a business. From starting multiple businesses since the age of thirteen to maintaining and growing multiple online businesses during his time in law school, to starting his own law firm. Mr. Valencia is a person who is not afraid of disrupting the market and standing out, a person who is determined to finding solutions to his client’s problems while not being afraid of taking a risk.

Mr. Valencia attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he took on many roles, which included being a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, Vice President of Membership to the Trial Team, clerked for the Honorable Samantha R. Cohen at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and graduated top 10 percent of his class Cum Laude.

As a Florida licensed attorney Mr. Valencia focuses on Business and Corporate Law, specializing in counseling small businesses, start-ups, and individuals in protecting their interest and anticipating potential legal troubles and how to prevent them. As a small business owner himself, Mr. Valencia understands the unique challenges business owners face.

Lawyer Jennifer Torres


Family Law Attorney


Jennifer was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Florida. She attended St. Thomas University and graduated with a dual degree in International Relations and Political Science. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in just three years, Jennifer attended St. Thomas University School of Law. During her studies at STU, Jennifer received several honors, including The Order of Barristers Award and the Cali Excellence for the Future Book Award in Evidence, Trial Advocacy Practice, and Bar Prep Skills.

Her passion for litigation led her to serve as Vice President of Competition to the St. Thomas Trial Team, where she was able to participate in various trial competitions throughout Miami and Washington D.C. Jennifer clerked for The Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and graduated top 10% of her class, Cum Laude.

Jennifer began her legal career at Legal Services of Greater Miami, where she assisted low-income individuals with legal problems, including employment discrimination, unfair healthcare debt collection, bankruptcy to discharge medical debt and public benefits. Upon leaving Legal Services, Jennifer worked for various law firms, acquiring experience in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Protection. Jennifer advocates vigorously on behalf of her clients to ensure that they receive the best individualized legal representation throughout Florida.
